As a developing artist she has changed her look and her name over the course of time in which these were videos are filmed. Her stage name is Tiia Maria. Her YouTube Channel is listed as Tiia Davis and she goes by the name of Tiia Maria.
In a recent course activity for Project and Team Management in the EBMS program at Full Sail University, our group worked on a team building project entitled, "What's in a name?" It was a fun activity and we built some group cohesiveness in quick amount of time. The main take away that applies as I work with my artist is the definition of your name is important. Just as the group members and I made a significant impact of the progress and dynamics of our activity, so too will the artist pull strength from the meaning of her name.
Tiia means gift of God, Tiara, joy, happiness, deity of light. All of these very powerful meanings are set to direct her on her pathway to shine some light on the entertainment industry. Tiia has sang in her church choir at Spirit of Truth and Worship. She has performed at several churches and community events. She has trained at John Robert Powers for Modeling, Fridley Kicks Dance Team for Dancing, and enrolled in Main Street School of the Performing Arts High school. Tiia would hope to use her love of Modeling, Acting, Dancing and Singing as a means to work on many levels of the entertainment industry.
Inspired by the use of social networking for artist, like Nikki Minaj and some others, we are experimenting with this option. The goal for this artist, Tiia Maria is to rely on the inspiration of covers on other artist songs as she builds her own portfolio of music. Currently she has written enough material her freshman and sophomore albums. Some of the other songs she believes are intended for her to give to artist that are already in the business, but seem to need some new material.
