Many people are fascinated with
stars that begin their careers young in life and make millions of dollars doing
so. I often look to those cases, in a quest to find a great example of a person
with a vision that has successfully gone viral. Among one of my favorite child stars is Raven
Symone’. She was first introduced on the Bill Cosby show as little Olivia, Cosby's step grand daughter. While those accomplishments
have earned her a long list of awards including her own Disney Show, “That So
Raven, ” what I find most interesting is discovering which elements were found in
the leadership that helped make it possible for the success of a child star.
To learn more about the leadership
style, that helped make little Raven Symone’ the multimillion dollar mogul she
is today, we must turn to her father, Christopher Pearman. As the manager of this visionary, his words are worthy to consider. Following his work
on twitter, I learn that Pearman has written a new book to give logical advice for parents who want to raise successful and happy children with bright futures.
To find out more about the book and its promotion the links below have been provided. The amazon link allows the sneak peek inside. From the sneak peek, you will learn that the book is written as a manual with a how to approach. Pearman focuses on eight principles, which are neatly categorized for a step by step following. His use of the Dream Catchers is used as a symbols to highlight each topic. I found his symbolism an inspirational take on a native American tradition which supports the belief that empowerment is found when one embraces their dreams/visions.
